the bus was producing a fume that was making passengers (myself included feel sick). The driver ultimately found out that it was coming from the rear. We had to open the emergency window for some ventilation. It was quite suffocating. The rest of the trip was freezing (due to the open window).

The bus was clean, express, and arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. The driver communicated what we needed to know. It wasv easy to book the ticket online.
