I booked a bus that said it was leaving at 10.00 ( I was looking at morning buses) then the confirmation came through and it said 22.00, so I canceled it within 10 mins of booking and unfortunately can only get a credit. But the bus I booked was definitely in the morning. Unfortunately I can’t use the credit as Flix bus doesn’t exist in my country. I did actually take a flix bus and we were made to crawl to the other side of the baggage compartment to collect our bags as bus driver wouldn’t open the door on the side where our bags were.
