The bus driver was extremely nice and helped me shorten my trip. Customs went more quickly than a trip across in a car two days earlier. It was a very relaxing way to ride between Bellingham and Vancouver.

Bus arrived late for 45 minutes. It was full loaded and the toilet stinks, very smelly especially I had a rear seat near it.

It would have been nice to know what stops were available for planning purposes and retrieval arrangements. I was only given one stop as a choice.

The bus interiors are in very poor condition. Seats are ripped and not very inviting. We arrived 2 hours late into Vancouver.
According to the users, the bus was on time and the staff was courteous and helpful. Some reviews mentioned that customs procedures could be an issue, but this aspect is beyond the company's control.

This was the first time I have travelled in Amtrak. I was very excited to go in the train. When I got to the station the station master was excellent and very knowledgeable and friendly but it all changed with the train staff as they are unfriendly as they can be. The train seats are dirty and old eve though I was sitting in the business class. There is no reservation of the seats. I felt that the employees either do not get paid well or they are just unhappy with their job.
