Hi it’s first time I went on National Express coach. I went from accrington to Manchester and then from there I had to change coach
The coach was arriving @ 11.15
The stand D was closed due to work being done. Had to go right down Charlton st to get the coach. It was proper throwing it down and I got wet through and my bag also got wet through and my clothes in the bag were wet.
Am not happy with situation what happened. Why did the coach not park outside the coach station? There was space outside the coach station. Most of the passengers were complaining cause they were soaked wet. First time I went with the coach service and am not satisfied with the service.
