I enjoyed nothing, they told us to be at Pavillion Hotel for pick up, when we got there we saw no one, we tried to call them but the number we had was for Johannesburg we we succeeded to get the Number from Durban, they told us to get a taxi and go to their office and when we arrived there they told us that the had just left and we should go to Durban station, we went there and when we arrived they told us that they had left and we should chase the bus to umvoti, the commissioners were very impolite during the phone calls that we were making to find them, and I was able to understand that they were doing their best to leave us behind so that they could get another passengers for their own profit throughout the trip. They even allowed people without passports and we had to wait for that people to cross the border illegally.
