I enjoyed very little. The driver insisted that I put my small backpack in the hold which I’ve always traveled with at my feet because it contains my laptop. I’ve taken ALSA and Rede Expressos countless times and I’ve never had such a rude driver. I explained that my lap top that I needed to work on was in there and I needed my bag but he wouldn’t look at me and just repeated “nao”.
My charger didn’t work once I got to my seat.

The driver was very rude. Also a very bad driver. He even hit the bus to a wall and broke the window next to me. Never apologized. At first he would not except my prepaid ticket. Was a ver unpleasant person.
Users have reported a generally smooth travel experience with comfortable seating and good ventilation. However, some noted that the WiFi connection was weak. Additionally, there were inconsistencies regarding seat reservations and power chargers only functioned on one side of the bus.

The bathroom was dirty, smells awful. No toilet paper. Door doesn't lock or close. The bathroom door kept on open and shut because of the rough ride.

Everything went pretty smoothly. Two nits: the power chargers were working only on the right side of the bus, not the left side. Also, I received mixed information about whether we had reserved seats or any seat, and the driver didn't know either.
