Bus from Madrid to Lisbon: Tickets & Timetables

They dont have good management of customers expectations. People got on the bus with the wrong ticket and a child had not paid the fare, which led to delays.

The bus driver was texting while driving and swerving on the road. He drove very slow and was rude to the passengers

The bus is not confortable for a long journey. The seat is very hard and there is no curtains to close the outside lights. Thanks.

O motorista do autocarro me deixou na rodoviária de Cárcere e seguiu viagem e fiquei lá sem dinheiro para comprar outro bilhete para chegar em Lisboa, uma mulher que eu nem conhecia ficou com pena de mim e comprou minha passagem para Lisboa. E eu vim sem minha mala , pois a mala já estava no autocarro, cheguei só agora aqui em Lisboa. Estou sem roupas para trocar.

Very bad experience the bus was dirty from inside and the ac was not working it was too hot inside the bus

Well for a low cost trip was awesome but bus arrived almost 1 hour late, the gate was never announced in the gates board, there was no way to speak with someone from FlixBus, no stand , no agent and on top of that the sit assignment wasn’t respected , the bus driver was very friendly and willing to help with all our doubts and good sense of humor too

I've never had such a delightful overnight trip. The drivers were very attentive, answered all of my questions, and helped me with my luggage. The bus was extremely comfortable, and the stop along the way was perfectly timed.

No running water in the sink

Bus was 40 min late, dirty and had no USB or wifi and it was advertised it had it. Once we stopped for 25 mins I had to beg to the driver to open the trunk to get my bag, he said it was he's break and he wouldn't, but he did at the end.
