The coldest and most uncomfortable journey. The temperature inside the bus was 6 degrees and when we asked to put the heating on, were told "no funcciona".

I have had 4 bus rides and was very pleased with the first 3. The last one however, was horrible coming out of the Torres del Paine Park. It was late but not bad and I could excuse that. It was hot out and the driver never even turned any air on at all . It was very hot and miserable in the bus for a two hour ride
