My bus from Philadelphia to New York was delayed, so I missed my transfer to the New York to Boston bus. The next bus going to Boston didn't leave until the next morning, so I was forced to buy another ticket to Boston with Greyhound. Will not be traveling Peter Pan again if the buses are so inconsistent.

Everything was wonderful with the exception of my transfer New York to Philadelphia on the 27th. The seat next to me was broken and on the floor. There’re was no seat belt or attachment. A full bus and no other seat availability, I had to balance my self from falling out of my seat the whole 2 hr ride.

No heat working on the bus; bus driver refused to drive based on the discomfort caused by the lack of heat. Instead of finding a better bus, they just found a bus driver willing to take a cold trip to Boston. Note; the replacement driver did well under the circumstances.

The driver was the worst ever extremely rude talked as we were children made stops to drop another driver off made another stop and without checking to make sure all passengers were on the bus he laughed and said oh well hopefully everyone on the bus and drove off the driver made the ride the worst New York station isn’t professional either no one was there to say the bus will be late nothing

Traffic and weather affected the timing. Also to go in through the Lincoln Tunnel to Port Authority and then back through it to dad toward Boston was a bit disconcerting.
