Bus from Kitchener, ON to London, CA: Tickets & Timetables

they were so late, I just cant wait if they delay 30minutes. Even so, there was no notification. So I have to find another way to get to London and wasted my money on the bus.

I was expecting a coach bus and some short bus with NO BATHROOM pulled up. What wouldve happened if someone needed to use the restroom? Pee on the seats?

It was TOO HOT on the bus but the driver was early and made sure everyone was on the bus. He was very kind.

Why does it include the practise of gathering your identification, if there are other identifying factors.

The bus came almost 2 hours late and I had to wait in the sidewalk for 2 hours in a cold windy weather. FlixBus does have an online tracking system that could have allowed the passengers to see whether the bus comes on-time or not. However, even after 1 hour and 25 minutes of delay the tracking system said the bus is on-time! If that was the first time I took FlixBus in that route, I would have certainly believed that I have come to a wrong spot and missed my bus. I travel daily from Kitchener to London and I always took busses from another company which has similar delays but without a tracking systems. When I learned about your tracking system at FlixBus, I decided to switch to hoping to plan my journey to the station more appropriately and only show up when the bus would arrive. But having unreliable tracking system is even worse than not having it at all. Without a tracking system, the passengers could always call the customer service to ask about possible delays but if they trust an unreliable tracking system, they could end up waiting on the sidewalk for two hours in harsh weather conditions.

My bus never came. Had to make other arrangements. No help from customer service

Bus driver didn’t stop at my drop off stop. Then he yelled at me because it’s apparently my fault for not saying I need to get off there.

bus was 35 minutes late, no notification. when i called the company there was conveniently “no one available” to talk. bus driver stopped to go get Tim Hortons leaving us all in the bus for 10 minutes

Overall service was good, i wish the location for the bus pickup in Kitchener was more clear.

It is frustrating that the buses are always delayed and I am not getting notified of the delays. Delay for 5-10 minutes is understandable but 40 minutes or more is ridiculous! I travel this route quite often and the bus has never been on time!

Dear Rider Express Customer Service Team, I have been a loyal Rider Express passenger for over three years and typically choose to travel with your company for two key reasons: the consistent cleanliness of your buses and the kindness and professionalism of your drivers. While delays of up to an hour have been common, I have often been willing to overlook these inconveniences because of the welcoming attitude of your drivers, who help set a positive tone for the trip. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very different and left me feeling disappointed and humiliated. The bus was delayed by approximately 20 minutes without any notification, which I have grown accustomed to, but what truly upset me was the treatment I received from the driver at my arrival stop. When retrieving my carry-on luggage from the storage cabin, I found it pushed to the very back and out of reach. In the past, your drivers have always been kind enough to assist, even going out of their way to help with heavy bags. On this occasion, however, the driver simply opened the luggage cabin and walked away. Surrounded by over 50 students waiting to board, I politely asked if it was possible to open the cabin from the other side to make my bag accessible. Instead of assisting, the driver responded dismissively: “You can just climb in and get it, it’s very simple.” This response was not only unprofessional but also left me embarrassed in front of other passengers. I was forced to climb inside the cabin to retrieve my bag, which resulted in a minor head injury. As someone with a disability, I found this situation particularly humiliating and unacceptable. I understand that drivers are busy and under pressure, but basic courtesy and assistance should never be compromised. This experience has made me reconsider my future with Rider Express, despite years of loyalty. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, as I believe no passenger should ever feel dismissed, belittled, or forced to injure themselves to retrieve luggage. I sincerely hope that appropriate action is taken to ensure future drivers provide the professionalism and kindness that Rider Express is known for.

Nice interior, clean busses, comfy seats and driver drove safe and fast. Would recommend
