There was no business class seats.which I believe I paid for. This bus seating was had very little leg space compared to trips I've taken before on redcoach, also, for whatever reason it was almost an hour late getting to gainesville.

Bus never showed up. They canceled the trip in the middle of the night with a next and left me and the rest of the group stranded with no options and no way out of the bad part of town. Never going to consider them again.

The emergency hatch blew off, so the bus ride was very cold. The door that holds the baggage compartment closed wouldn't close, so the driver had to duct tape the door closed.
