Platabus receives praise for its comfortable transportation and attentive drivers. However, some users report delays in departure times ranging from 30 minutes to two hours. Additionally, there are concerns about unclear stop locations and a lack of communication regarding bus schedules. Safety at the Retiro terminal is also mentioned as an area of concern for nighttime travel.

Lovely trip although slightly late and as it was overnight it would have been better to keep the lights off.

My seat was extremely uncomfortable. The padding was so worn in that it didn’t absorb any of the bumps and it felt like I was sliding off. I arrived in Mendoza with a sore neck and no sleep. I have had much better buses with other companies

There should be a rest stop along the way where passengers can get out, stretch their legs, use the bano and maybe get something to eat.
