Bus left on time. Staff helpful and friendly. Seats were very comfortable for a long journey. Played movies on the way. Great leg room too.

Overall it was a good trip. However, when we got to the bus station there was no one there that knew about our bus. We had no clue what the bus looked like or which bay it would come to. I called the help number but only got a recording in Spanish. Never did speak to anyone. About 10 minutes before the bus arrived, I found someone who knew about our bus. Very stressful morning. We were getting off at Las Lajas but their was no warning before we got their. Had to hurriedly grab out things and get off. Another stressful experience. My wife actually left her glasses on the bus because we were told to hurry. This operator needs to be more organized and helpful.

Bus broke down 3 hrs into journey. Had to wait 3 hrs for a new bus to collect us. No stop off for food until 17hrs. Whole journey should have taken 21hrs - totals 27hrs.
