The bus left without us when we came 10 minutes early

The bus was three hours late to leave. They kept telling us it will come soon and ot took three hours. We left very late for an overnight 14 hour bus. Its unacceptable. Also there was no wifi in the bus no snack no blanket barely one stop for bathroom and no announcement of the stop. The chairs were good.

Good service from Mendoza to Buenos Aires. We left on time, and arrived even on time. The bus was very comfortable, despite the WiFi did not work. All in all a great, safe and punctual experience.
