The trip was pretty pleasant. The seats were comfortable and spacious.A couple hours before the end of the trip. I was unable to access the bathroom and when I tried to approach the driver at the end of the trip he completely ignored me.

The trip was great I had an amazing driver I have extreme ptsd as a passenger its worse with a female driver and the last 2 times I took a bus over 20 years ago both got into accidents so I have major anxiety with busses but the driver I got today was amazing I was completely comfortable and relaxed and was even able to get some sleep she deserves a raise or atleast a bonus as she is an amazing driver and person

I enjoued my trip from Calgary to Kamloops it went were quick for me and just enough stops to stretch your legs and have a cup of coffee. That we had a todler that wasnt very happy wasnt the company s fault When the little one finally fell asleep so did I.

Bus driver was professional, & the trip was efficient. I would like to note that as Internet / Wi-Fi was advertised, the internet connection was very poor - one could not even maintain a consistent & reliable connection, & the Internet was offline for at least 90% of the trip.
If the internet had been working properly - I would have found the trip much moreso enjoyable.
