We really appreciated the efforts of the drivers to do their best. But we are very unsatisfied about the company's planning as they didn't anticipate a close road. So we arrived in Vancouver with a delay.

Bus was comfortable. First driver, in particlular, drove very well and was friendly and informative and particcularly attentive and helpful to an elderly lady traveller, which was lovely to see.
Second driver was also good but drove a little fast at times which was slightly scary.
Windows were not very clean which was a shame with he beautiful views passing by; maybe they get dirty very quickly? Would be good to increase cleaning to improve this (I boarded the bus at Canmore).
Lots of stops which was great for getting refreshments and stretching the legs a little.
