Bus from Calgary to Fort McMurray: Tickets & Timetables

First bus was great, on time and comfortable perfect temperature everything, drivers were very nice updated clearly when and where we would be stopping next. Second bus was 30 minutes late so we were waiting in the cold for 30 minutes and once on the bus it was very warm, and toasty. The driver wasn't very clear with the stops, when getting to fort mcmurray I listened to the people talking and they were confused what the first stop was because the driver literally just said first stop fort mcmurray and second stop downtown. Very rushed and not very easy to talk to l.

The trip from calgary to edmonton was really good. Driver was cooperative and welcoming. He kept giving us the updates. But on the other side the trip from edmonton to fort macmurray was horrible. The ac of bus wasn’t working. Driver was rude. Worst experience I have ever had

I had an awesome ride, both drivers were super nice and seeing ladies driving those big buses it’s such an amazing and inspiring thing to see. Kudos to both drivers

Red Arrow is the way to go. Horrible experiences on other buses compared to Red Arrow.

The service was excellent but is better if I can get a dorect bus Calgary to fort mcmurray without wait in Edmonton

My trip to Fort McMurray was extremely unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, we were involved in an accident near Fort McMurray, which made the entire experience very stressful and traumatic for me. Although I did not suffer any life-threatening injuries, I am experiencing very severe pain. Due to this pain, I am not even able to walk properly, and I am unable to continue my work at this time. This incident has affected me physically and emotionally. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and because of this, I will definitely not choose this service again in the future.

The driver almost sent me out of the bus because I don't buy a seat for my toddler son by 1am

The bus was very old and only had 2 working USB ports as the sources of power to charge phones for the entire 8 hours. The bus also arrived at the first stop of Fort McMurray at 7am instead of 6am.

The bus was cancelled at last moment and had to wait for 3 more hours to catch another bus and also the driver didn’t help with luggage’s, me and another fellow passenger helped each other.

The bus is clean and the drivers are very accommodating, they're really nice for both trips (from Calgary to Edmonton and to Fort McMurray).

Buses were clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and departure and arrival were as scheduled

I enjoyed that they kept me informed every time they changed the pick up time they would notify me. Unfortunately the last pick up time was 2 hours late from when the bus was actually there.

The services to customers were awesome.
