Good morning. I am do disappointed, because I couldn't cash the bus, it left me at Welkom and I tried to follow it but couldnt catch it, and I feel that even the staff at your offices never gave me a good service because I 've been asking if they can ask the driver to wait for me at the bus stop as I was not far from the bus they kept telling me the next stop. I drove from welkom to Bethlehem running after the bud.
I also feel that is not fare to forfeit my money like that. Because of the message that I received that says the bud will be late with 55 min and I arrived at the bus stop before 55min but still I'm the one to be penalized for the late bus
