The bus was clean, modern, comfortable. There were electrical outlets, cell phone charging outlets. Punctual, followed schedule. My only complaint was the second bus driver wasn't as concerned with safety. The first driver wanted seat belts worn, overhead bins shut, and courteous behavior toward fellow passengers. This didn't transpire with our second driver.

I enjoyed the view and was nice to take a break from driving . What I didn’t enjoy was being told last minute that my trip was over at the airport . The bus driver was kind enough to offer us a ride into town but I declined the offer . I have been travelling on the bus for years and this was by far the worst experience on the bus that I have ever had . Disorganization +++
