My bank account shows a charge of three times what my receipt does, for a service we were unable to receive since there’s a new temporary stop, and have been unsuccessful in contacting anyone to rectify. Online they answer, but tell me to call, when their call center is closed for a storm.

Dissatisfied. It was the first time i take a bus and have to switch terminals on my own. It was a 40min walk . . The worst part was no one was able to give me the right instructions at the megabus terminal.
