Horrible.
Staff at Toronto station was kind but the ones in Ottawa were rude. Made me pay for a little bigger luggage bag. On top of that, the wifi was not working in the train which was quite a pain as I had some important work to be done.

I recieved a notification of a delay in when the train would arrive to Toronto (screenshot available upon request) which was displayed with no specified timezone.
If I can get a reasonable explanation on why they would tell me in Atlantic standard Time without so much as a disclaimer I will gladly forefit my fare, but I don't see that happening
