I enjoyed that it was spacious, what I didn’t enjoy was the air condition that was super cold that it led to me catching flu ,various people were complaining about it but the drivers keep on saying it’s their part of their policy to keep it cold,so even if it is dissatisfying to the customer ,the customer is still not considered?Lastly it arrived late today .

The Eagle liner from Durban to Jhb, Sunday 30th Nov, It was very much satisfactory. The driver was good as well.
However, I was not happy about the Eagle Liner, I used on Friday, 28 Nov as I was going to Dbn. The bus didn't go straight to Dbn it went via Newcastle and there was a passenger who was supposed to take-off at Montrose, and that didn't happen. The experience, I had on Friday was not good at all.
Even the driver, was frustrated, the way his route was messed up. It delayed our arrival time.
Users have expressed satisfaction with the service, highlighting good customer service and a strong emphasis on safety from the drivers. Overall, there are no complaints reported in these reviews, indicating a positive travel experience for passengers.

The drivers are nice and made sure that all passengers are all the bus before we took off, just that the bus had a small leg room and it arrived late at the destination
