The bus driver was very rude and snarky towards riders. the bus was 30 minutes late to halifax and we struggled to arrive on time to our event.

Gratified to hear bus driver say masks must be worn at all times or the person not wearing a mask would be removed from the bus. However, there were so many people on the bus that strangers had to sit side-by-side for more than 3 hours, a risk I wanted to avoid.
