I liked the convenience of the trip and relatively smooth driving. The bus smelled of the bathroom unfortunately. I was picked up in Peterborough and there was no sign for the bus. A sign would help folks understand where to line up.
The driver very quietly announced each stop and some travellers asked him to repeat. At the last stop, the driver drove past the drop off area and had to back in causing cars behind to honk.
