I am extremely disappointed with this trip. I got to the pickup location 20 minutes early and received a notification 15 minutes before that the bus was 45 minutes delayed. I did not receive any other notifications and the bus showed up 1 hour and 25 minutes late. Once the bus arrived, the driver told me to put the bag in the underneath storage myself. There was no room so the girl in front of me spoke with the bus driver and he began just shoving bags in. He tried to close the bus door and my bag fell out cracking one of the wheels. He then threw the bag in. I got on the bus and there were no seats left. The bus driver asked a young boy (about 4 years old) to sit on the bus floor. (they were on a first-name basis so unclear about the relationship here). The little boy sat at the top of the stairs, if there were to be an accident, the boy would've gone through the front window and died. A second passenger was directed to sit on the floor beside the driver. This was extremely unsafe and made me extremely uncomfortable. Once arrived in Kingston, I got off the bus and retrieved my bag, only to find a dent in my bag. I am extremely upset and disappointed in the treatment of the driver and the countless safety concerns that occurred.
