There were no power sockets on half of the journey making it extremely challenging. The bus driver was gone for 3 hours without notice and we were required to leave the bus for that period with no further information on when the bus was going to move or if it was going to continue at 4 in the morning. We were late by at least 2.5 hours and missed a connecting bus. The only help included calling an agent that was from outside the Americas that was under the impression that the bus wasn't stopped there and refused to give any further information. The calls carried international charges and a lot of clarity issues due to the agent’s politeness and language barriers. Quite the opposite of the comfort that was promised honestly!
