The WiFi is terrible and practically the whole bus got off early because of how long it took, we were an hour and change past the arrival time. I ended up taking the train the rest of the way.

The bus was over crowded & I was forced to sit all the way to the back with my kids. Some young men thought it was a good idea to start smoking weed right there in their seats while there were multiple children nearby. Luckily a father stepped up to them to ask them to stop. I’d give no stars if I could, completely horrible experience while riding with my children.

I got assaulted by one of the passengers. Thrown on the side of the bus. The driver wouldn’t do anything. I’m looking to bring a lawsuit.

Tracks were flooded just south of Beacon, so train was stopped. The worst part, though, was the lack of appropriate communication, leading to abandonment of the train by large numbers of people, including myself. The problem seems to be ultimately caused by a lack of investment in infrastructure. Amtrak communication is atrocious.
