The driver must always tell passengers the name of the next bust stop. Because half a time is at night and passengers are sleeping. Atleast a monitor should work to tell us the name of the bust station or next bust station.
And sometimes the bust just stops for about 10min without communication. If they are waiting for the passenger, they must communicate to avert panic
