1) They operate on African time, we left Joburg minutes late 2) went to Heidelberg for a+-40 minutes stop 3) I was going to Harrismith for the 1st time, so I don't know the place, driver parks at an Engen garage and leaves the bus no stating where we are and for how long

Delayed. Very disorganised. Were directed to stand on a very long queue only to be told we were at the wrong queue ...honestly thought I had booked "Intercape" so was very disappointed to see what bus I had actually booked.😔😔 very very old buses. The only oldest buses in the port. Which explains the cheap price. But what can we say, we got from point A to point B. So grateful for that. Everyone was just complaining and rightfully so😅😅

The bus needs attention to presentation and comfort
Users have shared positive experiences with the timely arrival of buses and smooth journeys, highlighting polite drivers. However, there are consistent mentions of non-functional charging points and a lack of communication regarding stops. Some reviews also noted delays due to unforeseen circumstances like road closures or detours.
The bus was stuck for 3 hours and we had to wait for another bus from Pretoria, no communication and apologies nothing. I was supposed to arrive at 3pm, I arrived few minutes before 6pm.

Very bad. It was an hour late. I booked mailiner but was on budget line. We had to stop for 2 hours at traffic due to overload. Drivers were very friendly and able to contain the situation
Passengers have expressed satisfaction with the service, highlighting a calm and friendly driver who ensured an on-time arrival. However, there were some concerns about the hygiene of the toilet facilities during their journey.
Not good, I tried cancelling a trip but I was told I have to cancel 24hours before, but on the website/ticket it says 6 hours

The driver was very calm and friendly, his driving was satisfying, and. we arrived on time to our destination. My only note would be the hygiene of the toilet, it was in not in a good state.

The charging ports weren’t working
There was little or no air ventilation since the air conditioning wasn’t working thus resulting into high temperatures also since it was a day trip

The driver didn’t stop for passengers to go buy refreshments and use the bathrooms, instead they were using the bathroom of the bus which smelled horribly at the back of bus.
