I booked with greyhound based on my past experience of satisfactory service with them. This time around, however, I was booked from Hopetown but with an address in Strydenburg, 55 km away, as pick up point. I had to rebook for the following day but opted for another company. Coming back from Cape Town, i was almost put off the bus in Strydenburg again, after I was promised that the mistake would be rectified on Thursday already. This did not happen and if I was not an assertive person, I might have been left high and dry in Strydenburg. I doubt if I will ever make use of greyhound again in future.

I am very disappointed in the service. Because the bus were 2 hours late. And since midnight we sitted in boufort west because the bus were pouring oil. Now only at 11,l:16 they send another bus. We were waiting for more than 6 hours without food I have two kids including a 5 month old traveling with me.
