Bus Tickets from Edmonton International Airport to Calgary

The bus was comfortable and warm, the driver was kind and helpful, and the drive was smooth.

Good driving skills. But driver could open doors little earlier than 5 minutes before departure at least to confirm that it was the right bus.

Driver was friendly and helpful. Trip was fairly quiet. Good amount of time for the pit stop. There was a delay in arrival time at my stop, but its understandable as the roads were icy and there was an accident on the road. Still made fairly decent time despite the circumstances.

Driver was very welcoming and friendly. Let people know early in the trip what the guidelines were for travel. Made it to destination in a timely manner despite the snowy weather!

The ride was very good. The driver was friendly and very professional. On the other hand, I tried to contact the company by phone and by email to change my pickup location. It was hard to find a phone number and no one answered the phone. Fortunately, the driver took care of it on site.

The entire trip was great, he just kept leaving early which caused the people waiting a bit more than usual for their rides.

No wifi and uncomfortable seats and I paid less for another bus the same place for a better experience

Washroom good. Driver take break is good so I can use it as well. Still was early.

The bus ride was great up until red deer when they switched drivers. The driver who came on was very rude. And told ever single person on the bus the could keep there bags either on there lap or on the seat beside them if it was empty but if there bag was to big it had to be put up top and there were so many people who had backpacks who kept them on the floor or on there lap so I tried to both those things and she wouldn't let me do either and came back when I was taking off my jacket and putting it in my bag she stood there and watched me and said in a loud rude tone “ put ur bag up top now so we can leave.” and wouldn't even give me time to get my water out or anything then proceed to say I wasn't allowed to get it for the rest of the trip because we can't stand while the bus is moving. I'm very upset and feel very disrespectful because she was literally walking down the bus looking under seats and I was the only one she told to put my bag up. The same size as everyone else too. And in fact I could have squished it to make it smaller because it's mostly empty. I have pictures of peoples backpacks under there seats. Even the girl beside me.
