Bus from Cusco to Lima, PE: Tickets & Timetables

It was cheap. The bus smelled strongly of urine. There was only one stop in the 23 hour journey. The bus was late arriving.

They didn't honor their word in taking care of my pet. She was in cargo and I was told I'd be able to check in on her every 5 hours. There was only 1 checkin, and like 15 hours between the last one. After the 15 hours, no one was there to open the cargo, so i did it myself. I was scolded for opening the cargo, when I told them they weren't doing their jobs. But my dog is safe and sound. She was okay! So I'm happy about that and grateful.

The bus drive was cheap. However, it took us nearly a day to get to Lima, and we drove with only one single stop in the morning. The AC was broken for the first part of the journey, and whilst meant as a nice gesture, we had to watch 7(!) full-length movies in Spanish on max volume.

Very poor. Seats at the back extremely bad. Loud vent. Don’t recline. USB ports not working. Food bad

The driver wasn't kind, he didn't want to give the WiFi password, the tv sceen not working, the food we got wasn't eatable, the toilets not clean, the bus sites was good. and comfortable, the trip was fine no problem s

There was a little bit of miscommunication because I don't speak Spanish my suitcase got put on the early bus to Lima and my bus to Lima was later that day but once I got to Lima I went to the office and the lady could speak English and she was amazing and found my suitcase and got it sent to her office where I was waiting I got my suitcase back then she helped me get a taxi to my hostel so very pleased with the lady for fixing everything

I'm sure it would've been great if the bus had actually turned up, I was sitting at Huancaro Park for an hour which is where the map said to go to and nothing came, and I haven't had any reply from the email I sent. I'm not sure what happened but I'll be using redbus from now on they're reliable

No announcement for what is going on. No food service, no blanket, no heating on bus. It’s totally different from your advertising on YouTube.

I booked a trip from Cusco to Lima I’m attempts to make it to Lima before the government shut down its borders but was unsuccessful in my attempts. I never received a notification that the bus would not be able to leave due to the travel ban. I’m slightly disappointed in the lack of communication with their customer service

No había espacio para las piernas, el bus estaba sucio y además en 24 horas solo hizo 2 paradas, de las que una fue de 2 minutos y no pudimos hacer/comprar nada.

We asked the company about the protest that happened few days ago if we can pass and we been told we can, we got to the protest area and got stuck like the other 15 buses of the same company and few of other companies. We had to cancel our flight and walk 40km to pass the blockroads to get the other side of the road and from there getting to Lima. The company didn't said the truth and a lot of people been stuck over of 3 days without food or water. the company just tried to make money without care of people health or security.

The bus was on time and fairly comfortable for a basic bus. 'Basic' means that there are no WiFi on the board, no possibility to charge your phone, no blanket for the night and no option to switch on and off your personal screen. The bathroom smelled bad at the end, though.

Disgraceful. Our baggage was destroyed, all of our souvenirs had to be thrown away. Thousands of pounds worth of clothes had to be thrown away.

Bus broke down and had to wait 5 hours for a replacement. So arrived 5 hours late.

Horrible ride, no food, snacks where basic and very only two items, no terminals had any hot food or drinks. If this is the best bus service in Peru, take a flight.
