It smelled like sweat, it was cramped, the passengers treated me like I was a lowlife for some reasons, and someone dropped a bag on my head

Although it wasn’t exactly the driver’s or company’s fault, I had a pretty bad experience. One passenger was drinking beer and smoking on the bus and wouldn’t not stop talking and basically harassing some of the passengers. He was being very loud and was told several times to be quiet. The driver warned him a couple of times but ended up avoiding him and pretending he just wasn’t there. I tried to sympathize with that passenger as I believe he probably suffered from some type of mental illness, but he still made the experience pretty bad for all of us other passengers…
