First the bus I booked was not even a eagle liner but a city liner which was almost 2 hours late, the bus was in horray. It had a very bad smell. The driver that was suppose to book my boarding was not properly dressed and very unprofessional. My bag wasn't even tag, which was a huge concern to me. When I got on board the passanger was so arrogant I had literally had to ask for a seat.
