If I had something negative to say it would be just that it wasn't that easy to find the gate as it is not written on the bus ticket. Other than that it was a great experience. Tony, our driver got us to Buffalo in the time that was stated (actually 15 minutes early). Very courteous and announced every stop clearly. Restored my hope in the big brand bus companies.

Very pleasant experience. I knew only Greyhound so far. But, TRAILWAYS was as good as any other bus. But, I will always try to book TRAILWAYS first.

The driver was very helpful. The bus had issues such as - wifi was not working, and water dropping from the air conditioner. Bus quality should be taken care.

The bus became out of service and stopped in the middle of night for 3 hour and 30 min around 2:30am to 6am. Transferred to new bus at 6am. Reached the destination almost 3:30min late
Customers praise the professional and caring driver. The bus is punctual with complimentary water, but the wifi remains unreliable and poor.

The bus driver was great. However the bus AC was not working and it was extremely hot. I was thankful that she organized the bus to be switched with a new bus with a working AC.

The bus driver was mentally unstable and lashed out at one customer who was listening to music using her headphones. Apparently her music was audible to him (we did not hear anything) and he said it was a "legal issue". He later called the state troopers on her. The whole time she was quiet and not bothering anyone. It was just disturbing to watch and we all felt uncomfortable and unsafe in the vehicle with the driver.
According to customer reviews, there have been complaints about the service provided by the bus company. Specifically, customers mention that the drivers did not show up on time in Syracuse and they had to wait for several hours. Additionally, during a 9-hour bus drive in cold weather, some customers experienced discomfort due to open emergency doors and non-functioning outlets on the bus.

The bus arrived 4 hours later than scheduled in NYC, the bus was in a very bad state, very dirty, with a broken window, the rain leaking inside from the roof, and electrical outlets didn't work, the bathroom was not operating. It was stuffy and packed and the driver looked fed up and wasn't at all approachable. And then we were late for even our 2nd option of a connecting bus from Syracuse to Buffalo. So we had to contact several Uber drivers who understandably refused to drive us the distance to Buffalo, but we eventually managed to hire an Uber in the middle of the night who we paid well above the rate in tips because we were so grateful to get home in time for work in 2 hours. We arrived in Buffalo absolutely shattered in the early hours of the morning. I am hoping the experience is not typically like this.
