My friends and I were incredibly excited to go to Mendoza from Rio Cuarto for the holiday weekend. To start off our excellent vacation, our flechabus was a full 2 hours late without any notice given to passengers. Then, one of our friends was not allowed on the bus because he forgot his physical passport, and they would not allow him to use his paper copy. This makes sense. However they also did not give him a refund, nor did they allow him to switch his bus to a later time, forcing him to pay for a whole new bus leaving 12 hours later. This is unacceptable from a professional company. Then, on the way to Mendoza, we were stopped for over 2 hours without any explanation from the staff on the bus. Overall we ended up arriving at our destination 4.5 hours late without one of our friends, and were in no way compensated or reimbursed for these ridiculous inconveniences. I will never book with this deplorable company ever again.
