The bus had a gearbox problem. Why were the bus not checked BEFORE the trip? We had to sit in the hot bus on outside in the sun on the pavement for more than 3 hours. No refreshments, no toilet, no TV, no entertainment (I think I paid for it...) while waiting for a replacement bus. Yes, it was VERY inconvenient for me. Two pensioners drove 2 hours in the middle of the night to pick me up at Springbok and then, after I let them know about the delay, still had to wait for hours.
