They showed parking 3 in the booking and we were waiting there since 6.45 when asked at 8 to a bus driver he said it is from terminal 2 parking 2 we ran all the way there with our luggage but saw the bus leave had to sit all night at the airport and take the 4 am bus repeated calls were made at 8.15 to u guys but no one helped

Worse bus trip I've ever taken, the two drivers have no respect neither any ounce of humanity, they stopped 3 times in 12+h of trip while refusing to let people out to pee or get fresh air while shortly stopping 5 min. This level of service is unimaginable, they can't even communicate with the customers as they only speak Bulgarian. Shame on this company they shouldn't be authorised to work across Europe with such attitude towards passengers.
