The driver was excellent. Although we were stuck in a traffic jam for an hour, he calmly got going and drove us safely to Heathrow. The only problem I had was that there is no parking for taxis that are pre ordered. My driver and I had several calls before we found each other. For that reason I probably wouldn’t use a coach for the at journey again.

When we arrived at Stansted we were told that the breaks had failed and that particular bush could not go on. We waited for an hour for things to be rectified .i was expecting to arrive around 5.30 to Heathrow but arrived at 8.00 and just managed to catch my flight. Very stressed.
