The driver was great. The bus was on time. What I didn’t like; bus was older, charging stations didn’t work and seatbelts were unreliable. The attendants at the NY station were kind of unprofessional.

My ticket got cancelled twice. I never got to make the trip. I was ready early & I'm very disappointed.
Flix bus is horrible.

Everything was very smooth as far as the ticket check and boarding. The bus was clean and the driver was pleasant. Only problem I had was the leg room. My right knee only bends 25% so I always sit at the aisle so that I can straighten it. I'm sure that's a safety hazard although I try as much as I can to tuck it in. Also the sockets were loose, charger continued to fall out.
