the first bus was great and i liked all the services. however the bus arrived late and so i missed my connecting bus and am now waiting for hours for the next available bus.

The bus arrived 3 hours later than scheduled. The worst part is that they knew already before leaving the station that the arrival time written on the ticket I bought was impossible to respect. They knew already that the bus was going to be at least 2 hours later. Why did the write that arrival time when selling the ticket? I was worried to miss the next bus I had bought, because of that.
