Given that my trip was done in day of train strike, it is expected that some problems may happen. And did. However, the staff managed it in a good way, and in particular, the driver that took me from St. Victoria to Heathrow was a very nice person. I really appreciated it. The very negative point was the toilette of the bus I took in Loughborough to London. It was really disgusting.
