Bus Tickets from Lafayette, IN to Chicago

I was informed the bus was late. I do not want to wait outside and cold so I decided to hang out in the lobby up an apartment complex however bus came and left without confirming all the passengers I had to repay to be on the next ride because it was third-party. No empathy or compassionate at all by the Customer Service at all.

i enjoy the ride,the bus was nice and clean and the air was cool all the way,the driver was very friendly and professional.

The bus was 1 hour and 17 minutes late. It was supposed to pick me up at 9:45 and it finally came at 11:02. I called the company three times during that period and they couldn’t tell me where the bus was. I am very dissatisfied with this service that wasted so much of my time. Completely unacceptable.

I enjoyed the fact that I got to my destination safely, I didn’t enjoy the fact that this was my 13yo daughters’ first time riding & the driver was loudly being trained as well a intoxicated passenger having an argument with another passenger who asked him if he wanted to get shot for falling over on him which frightened my daughter & she was nervous the entire ride until they got off (before us). We normally drive & I wasn’t expecting that to be her first experience on a Greyhound travel bus so never again! At least not with her!

Their bus to Chicago was terribly late. I was waiting in the cold with my luggage for my bus for around 50 minutes. Also, their onboard Wi-Fi did not work either.

Bus was more than 5 hr late, costumer service wasn't able to help or find solutions
