I spent 15 hours trying to cross the border into Poland. Because of this I lost my bus ticket from Krakow to Vienna plus my flight ticket from Vienna to Riyadh. The bus company or driver should warn the potential passengers about the wait time at the border do as to buy appropriate ticket. Since this company nor Flixbus do that, then it’s poor quality, unless I get refunded for my list bus ticket, I’ll never use this service again.

My coach from Krakow to Vienna on June 25, 2017 (8:15 am) arrived the destination after 7 pm (it was scheduled at 4 pm)! We are not informed anything about that. Also, no wifi available in the coach, no electricity plug, no light and water in the toilet. I will not use your service anymore!
