Punctual in Kelowna, goodplace to wait, good service, good driver; Late into Merrit (April 11) no explanation or apology from bus driver, no decent place to wait, except outside & it was cold, the cashier at chicken place told their 2 customers to "give the lady a chair" which I appreciated; good waiting place in Kamloops, got into Williams Lake on time, I got picked up right away but if I hadn't, no place to wait, just dropped off in the middle of a parking lot in a mall plus I could not understand any of the announcements from the bus driver because of lousy speaker,it was an older bus but it had comfortable seats! OVERALL,I'M THANKFUL THAT THERE IS A BUS COMPANY TO TAKE A BUS WITH... THANK-YOU! I know you're going to only improve!!

Please make it clearer what the departure time is on the ticket. I was two hours late to catch my bus and will not be refunded a dime…..so no not happy
