Bus Tickets from Heathrow to Liverpool

Bus was late to begin & we had a connection from Milton Keynes to Liverpool. We barely made it. The display at Heathrow was poor. No proper announcer communications were made to inform passengers about the delay.

Bus to Birmingham was excellent but the delay of the bus from Birmingham to Liverpool was not communicated well

Birmingham coach station seemed to lack proper management or information regarding late departure.

Comfortable trip, bad point waa at bus station waiting in waiting room boarding gate announced a few minutes before departure just to find almost every seat on bus taken. Departure gate should have been announced earlier in my view as all these folk on the bus must have had knowledge of the gate prior to the gate number appearing on the vdu.

Though the bus took little longer duration than quoted to reach my destination due to traffic. I appreciate the driver's professionalism. A pit stop for such a long drive to have some food or get relaxed may be included in such a long distance bus travel.

Bus broke down at Birmingham. Communication was minimal and it took 3 hours to get moving. Then once arrived at Manchester was told this was the last stop and those continuing to Liverpool would be taken by taxi. Taxi then dropped us at a random bus stop which was no where near Liverpool One Bus station and told us we would have to pay if we wanted to go there or anywhere else. Leaving 2 women in a random place was not satisfactory and considering been on the bus since 10.50am and arriving at around 8.30pm was awful
