Quality coach, driver, and on time. Need to be clearer on embarcation point, ie, “ leaves from bus station” not a street address which doesn’t exist on maps.

The ticket says to go to Calle Mariano Catalina 10. We were at that address and flagged the bus as it passed us and did not stopped. We were stranded in Cuenca at 6 am in -2 degrees temperature. Had a lot of trouble getting a taxi as we don't speak the language. Finally a petrol station cashier called us a taxi and it costed us 200€ to go to Toledo. Still don't know why the bus did not stop!!!!
