For the scheduled 13 hrs trip, it took 24 hrs to reach my destination, Newark. Initial bus delay, bus broke down on the way, returned to Columbus station, rescheduled, delays, delays. .. we reached destination 12 noon the following day. Trip was disaster.

The bus was full of dirty diapers , crying babies and the bus driver was very racists. My fare was doubled and my experience was horrible. Never again . I’m disappointed.
