Completely unorganized company, staff & patrons. Not only was our driver late— they never showed! I ended up spending 7 hours waiting to board a bus I wouldn’t end up taking. In order to make it to my destination in time for work, I had to Uber to a car rental and rent a car one way, last minute. No amount of time and money are worth wasting on this unreliable, unorganized bus line. I will not be using Greyhound again.
