Bus Tickets from Boise to Vancouver, CA

The service was so unprofessional I thought this might've been a prank of some sort. The bus from Boise had strong urine smell and was trashy, the driver who took us to Vancouver almost crashed the bus and was hoked at by other drivers because his driving was very unsafe, he even mentioned to a passenger that he was prohibited from driving in Canada by the Canadian authorities. He was also very rude. For example, when he stopped for a break we asked him how long the break will be and he answered by saying "I'm leaving when I'm leaving." The trip from Seattle was even worse... I believe the driver was either intoxicated or mentally ill. She threatened passengers multiple times and her driving skills were so poor that we arrived one hour late to Seattle! The staff there were no less unprofessional and unhelpful. I ended up spending nearly 15 hours waiting for the next bus. Oh and the wifi does not work. I wish I could say something nice about greyhound but it appears that the company enables drivers to behave like bullies. Unless something changes it would be extremely unlikely for me to ride with them again or recommend them to anyone.
